Based in Hampshire, in the South of England, Elizabeth has spent over 15 years working in HR Management within large, corporate multi-sector organisations, predominantly in Talent Management and People Development roles. Her experience spans the whole talent lifecycle from facilitating fit for purpose talent
strategies, through to managing Apprenticeship, Graduate and Leadership development programmes. As an Executive Coach, she has significant experience in coaching executives through critical hurdles in their careers. Her experience as a Business Partner has equipped her with the business insights, and practical project management and change management experience required to implement and embed successful talent and performance interventions. She is proud to be an Insights Discovery Licenced Practitioner, bringing the Insights Discovery methodology to her work. As a member of the Neuro Leadership Institute her underlying philosophy is to enable individuals, teams and organisations to unlock the abilities they already have to perform more effectively.
